Whispering Pines Timber Dogs and Siberian Huskies

                         At Whispering pines, all our dogs are cared for, and loved and seen as family. I have always admired wolves as a child, due to their majestic and beautiful look and the loyalty to the pack.  Wolves are strong, tough, and will overcome every obstacle in their path.  We as humans could learn a thing or two from wolves.  

                     While I agree wolves belong to the wild, but wolves and dogs are the same species, and wolfdog can provide for those people like myself and others who crave and dream of having such a companion.  There is one breed that can make that dream come true, and that is the Western Timber Dog, an American wolfdog breed that has the wolf look, but also bred out the wild behaviors.  Through careful breeding program that pay attention to genetics and hard work, these Timber Dogs have the looks of a wolf and temperament of a domesticated dog which makes them great as family pets.  I currently have three and they have demonstrated the best of both wolf and dog.  Our overall goal as a Kennel is to ensure the health and well-being and happiness of this wonderful breed through strong healthy bloodlines.  Regular vet checks and genetic testing are a must so that the puppy you take home has the best chance to live a full and productive life.  We  look forward to hearing from you .
